1. no refunds. refunds will only be in cases in which i can't finish a commission, and i try extremely hard not to take comms i can't do.2. payment is all up-front or 50/50 (half paid upfront, the rest after receiving the finished product) and final.3. use of my artwork will not be used commercially unless agreed upon prior!4. watermarks will not be removed from any of my artwork.5. my artwork, when shared publically or on social media, must include easily-accessible credit or my watermark, clearly eligible!6. all artwork is digital. you will not receive anything physical—but you are allowed to print pieces (for personal use only, or following rule #3.)7. use of my art for NFT, CRYPTO, OR AI will IMMEDIATELY revoke your right to my art, and PERMANENTLY BAN you from future commissions.
